I've Made it to Day Two Cultivating My Joy!

As with all my mornings, after my drive to school, I had a lot of plans. I decided this would be the day I began to plant some of the seeds I had purchased in a dopamine-fueled fit. But as the morning went on, I decided I didn't have the necessary supplies to start them exactly how I wanted them.

Naturally, I decided to look at lighting fixtures and re-decorating ideas for the space I'm going to transform into sunroom heaven. To make this space perfect, I realized I needed to change the light sconce over the seating area to make it cozy. This led me to start a Pinterest account with my new blog name and begin pinning light sconces.

Cozy corner with stacked boxes, a jacket, and a paper bag on a bench by a brick wall. Framed art and window in the background.
The area that I will transform into a reading sunroom haven, but one which obviously needs a new sconce.

This has now led me to a journey of being on threads and deciding that instead on Bluesky, I should start a starter-pack list of trustworthy businesses that get the current political movements. I couldn't help but wonder why I always get sidetracked like this, but I think this is indeed cultivating joy. So, here we are, and I think I'm sticking with this list-making for now.
