I'm a 45-year-old mom of two teenagers, three dogs, and one cat

I simply needed a place to lay my thoughts. So, I finally decided to own who I am, find the inevitable joy in the many things I do and create, and be intentional about it. I started inevitable joy with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences and have a place to organize my thoughts as I navigate through adult ADHD and perimenopause. I hope that this site will develop into a place of shared stories and thoughts, but for now, I will take it one day and one activity at a time.
